I really like it when color suggestions are made! For the collection or for a custom-made hat. I think everything is beautiful and if the color and yarn can be found, I would love to add new colors to the collection or make a special hat for you. Feel free to send a message to muts@studiodewi.nl.
Yes, that is certainly possible! I'd love to hear what cool idea you have. If the yarn for your project can be found, I will be happy to crochet a custom one for you. The hats in the webshop are made for adults, but I can of course also make a hat for a child or baby. Maybe matching matching yours? Send a message with your idea to muts@studiodewi.nl and then we'll discuss options!
The yarn from the 'normal' collection comes from Zeeman, they make very nice yarn that can be used to make hats. The yarn for the sustainable line is from Scheepjes. This yarn is made from 50% recycled PET bottles and is still very soft and warm.
I can often post the hats within 1 to 2 working days. Sometimes this can take longer due to circumstances. I will do my best to have the order delivered to you within a week. If you have a specific day on which you would like your order, please let me know in the notes in the shopping cart. And if you live in (or near) Scheveningen, you can always come and pick it up!
To save unnecessary transport, I have decided to deliver orders in The Hague myself this season by bicycle! Good for nature, good for me. Of course, you can always pick up your order in lovely Scheveningen.

Through personal contact, I will understand why you want to return the items so that I can perhaps help you better. I don't want to sell for the sake of selling, but to make you (as a customer) happy with your purchase and enjoy wearing or using it.
From a sustainability point of view, I want people to consciously buy something and be happy forever so that logistics costs and therefore emissions are limited. I am also part of the same system by sending the products to you and understand that things sometimes turn out differently.
